Changes to Alberta Nominee Program Brings in More Opportunities for International Skilled Workers

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program changes to Alberta Opportunity stream are now in effect and are surely to bring in simplify process, lesser wait times, and provide fair access to applicants across all sectors and industries in Alberta. The program will provide great opportunities for candidates who tied up with the province.

The federal government has asserted to increase the language requirements to ensure Alberta’s nominees to integrate successfully in the workforce, communities and support their families in the long run. The Alberta Nominee Program includes occupations at skill levels, requires minimum language requirement, education and income for successful integration.

The changes were negotiated with federal government after discussing with industry, labour and advocacy stakeholders to phase in these requirements so that the applicants and industry have sufficient time to adjust.

The updated program will help in expansion of economy and Alberta employers would be able to extend their workforce. The provincial nominee program will focus on providing jobs that are not able to be filled by Albertans. Source Link  given below https://bit.ly/2HONiOk
