592 Invitations Issued by Manitoba in Latest Expression of Interest Draw

Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest draw for provincial nomination where 592 invitations were issued, including 114 Express Entry invitations. 

The June 21 draw issued invitations to Candidates in Manitoba’s skilled worker stream and skilled workers overseas streams, with Express Entry candidates receiving invitations through Manitoba’s Express Entry pathway. 


Under Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, 213 letters of advice were issued to applicants having the rank of 522 and more.


Under Skilled Workers Overseas stream, 115 letters of advice were issued for direct invite by MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative to the applicants with a score of 703 and above.



Other 150 letters of advice were issued to the applicants who have:

  • A close relative residing in Manitoba or past education or work experience in Manitoba;
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in an occupation listed on Manitoba’s in-demand occupations list and
  • A minimum language proficiency of CLB/NCLC 5 unless work experience is primarily in a regulated occupation (minimum CLB/NCLC 7) or a compulsory trade (CLB/NCLC6)
  • Ranking score of 579 and more
Also, 114 invites were issued to Skilled workers overseas-Express Entry sub-stream who have a valid express entry id and a job seeker validation code, and a minimum of 6 months of recent work experience in an occupation on Manitoba’s in-demand occupations list.
