Canada Express Entry Eligibility

• You need to score 67 points in FSW out of 100 based on age, language skills, education, work experience, No criminal record, and the Canadian job offer.
• NOC (No objection Certificate) if you belong to any defence sector.
• The roles of your work detail should be in demand and mentioned in the occupations list of Canada, known as the "Canada Occupation Demand List".  
• Job Experience: Under a NOC code, you must have a minimum of 12 months of regular paid skilled work experience. Managerial positions (skill type 0) Professional positions are available (skill level A). In the last 10 years, technical jobs and skilled trades (skill level B) in the relevant field have increased.

What is the Canada PR process?

Step 1 Check Eligibility:

Before initiating the Canadian PR application, you need to make sure that you meet Canada Express entry eligibility criteria.

Step 2 Go for ECA (Educational Credential Assessment):

You need to provide the concerned authorities with the ECA, which too approved by the relevant assessing authorities such as WES, IQAS, ICAS, etc.

Step 3 Create Express Entry Account:

• Create an Express Entry profile after finishing the ECA process. You have the option to exit the profile at any moment. There's no need to be concerned because your information is kept private and is automatically preserved in your account. Your Express Entry Profile has 60 days to be completed and submitted. Otherwise, you'll have to start the process again from the beginning.

Creating an expedited entry profile, on the other hand, is not required when applying for a Canadian PR visa. If your IELTS score is less than six, you can immediately apply for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa through the Canada PNP method.

Step 4: Obtain an ITA and submit the required documents:

You'll be given an ITA once you've met the minimum CRS score requirement (Invitation to apply). You have 60 days from when you receive the ITA to submit your Canadian Permanent Resident Visa application to the IRCC, a complete set of documents, and the visa application cost.

Step 5: Get your biometrics and passport stamping done and fly to Canada.
