Canada Invites 3600 healthcare workers in the latest Express Entry Draw

In the 271st Express Entry draw conducted by IRCC, Canada invited 3,600 immigrants who had an express entry profile. This was the category-specific draw held for Healthcare Occupations.

The Express Entry round was conducted on 26th October at 13:28:39 UTC. The comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score for the lowest-ranking candidate was 431.

The tiebreaker rule was applied for May 24, 2023 agt 19:47:51 UTC.

As per the CRS score distribution of Express Entry Candidates present in the pool for their Canada PR invitation as of 23rd October 2023, there are 214,873 applicants in the Express Entry pool currently out of which  60,587 belong to the 451 to 500 CRS range. While 1,307 applicants have CRS scores ranging between 501 to 600 and 1,536 applicants have a CRS score between 600 to 1200.

  • Applicant has to meet the eligibility criteria of one of  the following Express Entry Programs:

  1. Federal Skilled Workers Program

Canada Express Entry Draw invites 300 applicants under French Speaking Draw

 On October 25, 2023, IRCC conducted a Canada Express Entry draw targeting the French linguistic applicant. In this draw, 300 applicants got ITAs for Canada Permanent Residence

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited was 486. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking rule was determined based on the submission date and time of the candidate's Express Entry profiles, with the cut-off set at September 30, 2023, at 04:22:17 AM UTC.

If we go by the latest data as of October 23, 2023, the distribution of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores within the Canadian Express Entry pool indicates a varied landscape of candidates. How to apply for Express Entry?

Step 1: Check whether you are eligible to apply for Canada PR Via Express Entry. To ensure your eligibility make sure you score 67 points or above in the Federal Skills Point Grid. These scores are given based on Age, Work Experience, Education, Language Proficiency and Adaptability.

Step 2: Get your ECA done along with it you must also appear for your English Language Proficiency Test.

Step 3: Create an Express Entry account and fill in all the details.

Step 4: Once your profile has successfully been submitted in the express entry pool you must wait for your ITA.

Step 5: If your CRS Score matches the requirements of the current Express Entry draw you will get the ITA.

Step 6: Once you get the ITA you must submit all your documents and Canada PR fee.

Step 7: As soon as you get the COPR you can fly to Canada

Canada Express Entry Issued 1548 invitees in the recent PNP Draw

 In the latest Express Entry draw conducted by IRCC on October 24, 2023; 1,548 applicants were given the invitation who had a nomination from Provincial Nominee Program. Immigrants who had a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 776 or more were invited to apply for Canada Permanent Residence.


The tie-breaker rule for the current Express Entry round was set for July 7th, 2023 at 07:28:57 UTC. In situations where several candidates shared the lowest score, preference was given out to those who had submitted their Express Entry Profile earlier.

How to apply for Canada Express Entry via PNP?
