Guide to an easy Canada immigration process – Aptech Visa

The following are the simple steps to applying for permanent residence in Canada under the Express Entry programs:

Step 1: Determine your NOC code (National Occupation Classification). Knowing your NOC code will allow you to determine whether your experience qualifies you for express entrance into Canada. Your work experience must fit into one of the following skill types: 0, A, B, C, or D and it must be verified for the programme.

Step 2: Obtain your ECA (Educational Credential Assessment). This ECA certificate is used to evaluate the candidate's foreign education and verify that it is comparable to the Canadian educational system.

Step 3: Take the Language Assessment. One of the requirements for the express entrance programme is that you have a good command of the English language. The profile is also given express admission points based on the results of the language tests. The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is used to demonstrate language competency in English.

Step 4: Determine whether you are eligible for the Express admission programme. Check to see if you fulfill the minimum requirements for applying for a PR visa in Canada under the express entry programme.

Step 5: Subtract your CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score from your total. You must grasp the foundations of the CRS calculator in order to determine your CRS score for a Canada PR Visa. Candidates are given points based on their qualifications, such as age, language competency, work experience, and so on.

Step 6: Get into the Express Entry pool. After you've double-checked your eligibility and completed your language test and ECA certificate, you'll need to create an express profile and join the express pool.

Step 7: Obtain an ITA (Invitation to Apply). If you meet the CRS cut-off, you will be given an ITA, which will allow you to submit your application for a Canada PR Visa to IRCC within 60 days of receiving the ITA.

Step 8: After you submit your application, you will receive an AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) indicating that it is being processed. It may take 6 to 8 months for IRCC to validate all of the documentation and background checks.

Step 9: Obtain your COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Resident). Following the successful review of your application, you will be awarded a COPR, which verifies your status as a permanent resident of Canada.
