Canada Immigration department organizes skilled migration programs under two stages. Language Proficiency: If you score CLB 9 or above you can get maximum 24 points and to become eligible you must get at least CLB 7 in each module of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Educational Qualification: The maximum point you may get is 25 points with a Ph.D. degree recognized in Canada and an additional high school diploma or equal earns at least 5 points.
