The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited was 486. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking rule was determined based on the submission date and time of the candidate's Express Entry profiles, with the cut-off set at September 30, 2023, at 04:22:17 AM UTC.

If we go by the latest data as of October 23, 2023, the distribution of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores within the Canadian Express Entry pool indicates a varied landscape of candidates. CRS scores ranging from 601 to 1200 held 1,536 profiles. While CRS scores ranging 501 to 600 there were 1,307 applications. Notably, the highest bracket, comprising scores between 601 and 1200, held 1,536 individuals while the largest contingent resided in the 451 to 500 brackets, with a substantial 60,587 individuals.
It's important to note that these figures represent the overall composition of the pool and are subject to fluctuations due to the submission of new profiles and the expiration of existing ones.
How to apply for Express Entry?
Step 1: Check whether you are eligible to apply for Canada PR Via Express Entry. To ensure your eligibility make sure you score 67 points or above in the Federal Skills Point Grid. These scores are given based on Age, Work Experience, Education, Language Proficiency and Adaptability.
Step 2: Get your ECA done along with it you must also appear for your English Language Proficiency Test.
Step 3: Create an Express Entry account and fill in all the details.
Step 4: Once your profile has successfully been submitted in the express entry pool you must wait for your ITA.
Step 5: If your CRS Score matches the requirements of the current Express Entry draw you will get the ITA.
Step 6: Once you get the ITA you must submit all your documents and Canada PR fee.
Step 7: As soon as you get the COPR you can fly to Canada
