Canada Invites 3600 healthcare workers in the latest Express Entry Draw

In the 271st Express Entry draw conducted by IRCC, Canada invited 3,600 immigrants who had an express entry profile. This was the category-specific draw held for Healthcare Occupations.

The Express Entry round was conducted on 26th October at 13:28:39 UTC. The comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score for the lowest-ranking candidate was 431.

Canada Express Entry Draw invites 300 applicants under French Speaking Draw

 On October 25, 2023, IRCC conducted a Canada Express Entry draw targeting the French linguistic applicant. In this draw, 300 applicants got ITAs for Canada Permanent Residence. 

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited was 486. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking rule was determined based on the submission date and time of the candidate's Express Entry profiles, with the cut-off set at September 30, 2023, at 04:22:17 AM UTC.

CRS scores ranging from 601 to 1200 held 1,536 profiles. While CRS scores ranging 501 to 600 there were 1,307 applications. Notably, the highest bracket, comprising scores between 601 and 1200, held 1,536 individuals while the largest contingent resided in the 451 to 500 brackets, with a substantial 60,587 individuals.

The latest BC PNP Draw invites 161 applicants

The latest BC PNP draw which was conducted on October 24, 2023 invited applicants under the tech sector and other targeted NOC. The draw was mainly aimed for Skilled Workers and International Graduates, including those applying through the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) option.

The minimum score requirement for the tech workers under the above stated categories was 90 points. In a bid to address the requirements, the draw also extended invitations to Early Childhood Educators and Assistants in the Childcare sector, where a minimum score of 60 points was set, inviting 34 applicants.

 Furthermore, the Healthcare sector invited 22 candidates were selected, also requiring a minimum score of 60 points. While, Other Priority Occupations, encompassing specific NOCs (National Occupational Classifications) 31003 and 32104, was particularly limited, with less than five invitations.
