The province of British Columbia issued 28 invitations under British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program for tech pilot stream on September 26, 2018.
The selected candidates having job offer in one of the 29 occupations listed on tech pilot occupational list was given invitation to apply in this current draw. The BC PNP Tech Pilot stream was introduced to attract skilled workers to come and work in British Columbia to contribute towards their growing economy.
The candidates with successful selection are entitled to receive 600 additional points towards overall Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
The Skills Immigration Candidates nominated by the province will have their application processed by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) separate from the Express Entry System.

- Express Entry British Columbia- Skilled Worker, the minimum score was 82 points
- Express Entry British Columbia-International Graduate, the minimum score was 91 points
- SI-Skilled Worker stream, the minimum score was 82 points
- SI-International Graduate stream, the minimum score was 91 points
