May 23rd issued 3500 ITAs with CRS score of 440-the lowest
score so far in 2018
This is to inform that The Government of Canada issued a
total number of 3,500 ITAs on Wednesday, May 23rd draw. The
applicants were invited to apply with a Comprehensive Ranking System cut-off
score of 440 points, the lowest score so far in 2018.
This is fourth draw in a row where 3500ITAs have been issued
in a single draw. With the constant high number of invitations issued in each
draw, there can be a strong possibility of CRS score drop in the near future.
The applicants who submitted their profile before December
30, 2017 are eligible to receive an Invitation to Apply in this invitation
round. The candidates with a CRS score above 440 will get ITA.
So far, the total number of ITAs issued in the year 2018 is
31,500. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada increased the draw sizes
in 2018 from 2,750 at the start of the year to 3,000 in February and March to
3,500 since the start of April in each four draws conducted so far.
The increase in the draw sizes to 3,500 has corresponded
with a reduction in the CRS cut-off score by six points, from 446 in Aril,2018
to today’s low of 440. Source Link
