Immigration To Canada - What Causes Delay in Visa Approval

Canada Immigration process is systematic and simple. However, there are certain instances which lead to complexities in the visa process if not followed seriously and organically. The single mistake done in the Canada Immigration application can lead to complexities in the visa application.

Below mentioned are some of the reasons that might make the Canada Immigration process more complex:

• Wrong visa application filing under the different visa category
• The information mentioned on the visa application file is wrong or not updated during the                    immigration process
• Submission of incorrect or incomplete documents to the immigration department
• Inability to meet the requirement of additional documents
• The addition of dependent family member after receiving an invitation to apply
• Providing legal documents for marital status or child custody
• The requirement for submission of medical examination tests
• Background checks are under process for the family members
• Not able to receive police clearance certificates
• Half or incomplete knowledge about the Canada Immigration process

Therefore, to avoid complexities and visa refusals, migrants prefer taking assistance from the immigration experts who have all the knowledge and know the technicalities of the Canada PR process. No one guarantees Canada Immigration successful chances but applying with the help of visa consultant can increase the probability of getting selected because they know the exact documents and other related information responsible for getting a positive response from the Canadian Government.

Express Entry online system is one of the fastest pathways for the individuals as well as families to become permanent residents. It was introduced in 2015 and since then has become the main driver of the economic success of Canada. The system is managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Well, to apply for Canada Express Entry, the basic and most important thing is meeting the eligibility requirements. If you can furnish the requisites then the gates get open for Canada PR specifically through Express Entry System. Henceforth, the Canadian Government closely creates the basic eligibility conditions to search for the cream of candidates who are suitable to apply.

  • Your age must be below 45 years at the time of visa lodgment
  • You must have at least CLB 7 in the language assessment test. If giving IELTS, this benchmark is attained by scoring IELTS 6 bands in            each module of reading, writing, listening and speaking

How Many Points in IELTS Required for Canada Immigration?

IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) that evaluates the English language of the test taker in four sections- Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. IELTS is the acceptable English Language test format for Canadian Permanent residence.

Language Requirement is one of the immigration factors responsible for Canada PR along with various factors such as age, educational qualification, work experience, language ability, and adaptability factors.

To apply for Canada PR, you may require less IELTS bands based on your visa and eligibility conditions. The lowest IELTS bands requirement is acceptable for Saskatchewan and Manitoba and that is CLB 5. So, technically, with IELTS 5 bands you may apply for Canada Permanent Residence.

However, for skilled migration programs like Express Entry, the basic language band requirement is CLB 7 to become eligible for Canada PR. The CLB 7 is attained by getting IELTS 6 bands in each module of reading, writing, listening and speaking.

If you are planning for provincial nomination program then also you must score at least IELTS 6 bands in each module of reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Though, the highest bands for Canada PR are CLB 9/10 that will give the maximum language assessment points which will ultimately increase the overall Canadian Immigration Points.

The higher you score the better are your Canada PR chances!

Henceforth, one must focus on scoring good bands for Canada PR but you should also focus on other factors as well. After all, the total CRS score will help you in receiving an invitation to apply from the Canada government.
