Simple Tips for Improving the CRS Score!

Any applicant planning to apply for Canada Permanent Resident Visa through skilled migration programs must keep in mind that it is important to score good Canada Immigration points for faster and better immigration chances. After all, the Canada PR process is point based for skilled migrants applying under Express Entry and Provincial Nomination Programs.

Well! The skilled workers with good working experience, high language score, and those who are well qualified generally prefer taking the Canada Express Entry route. Why? Because Express Entry has the fastest Canada PR processing time of 6 months and has easy steps to follow.

But an applicant must be able to score high Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in order to receive an Invitation to apply for Canada PR through Express Entry System.

The Express Entry system is processed under three economic immigration programs namely The Federal Skilled Worker Program, The Federal Skilled Trade Program, and Canadian Experience Class. For skilled workers, FSWP stream is most preferred that calculates the immigration points out of 100. A minimum of 67 points is required for factors like age, educational qualification, work experience, language ability, and adaptability factors.

What next after becoming meeting the points? You will be placed into the express entry pool where you’ll be ranked according to the CRS score.

What is CRS score?

CRS stands for Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score that evaluates your overall immigration point score for Canada Permanent Resident Visa. The applicants with the highest CRS score are invited to apply for Canada PR.

On a regular basis, the Canada Express Entry draw is conducted to invite applicants for permanent residency. The CIC draw was conducted at CRS 450 and above to invite applicants for Canadian Immigration.

What if you are falling short of desired CRS score? Well, in such a case you must not lose hope and focus on improving the CRS score for faster PR chances:
·
  •          Apply young say before the age of 29 years to receive the maximum CRS 110 points.
  •          If you are well qualified with the highest qualification Ph.D. then you will receive 150 points.
  •          A pro in the English language like CLB 9 will get you 136 maximum points.
  •          Overseas work experience
  •          Additional 600 points on receiving State or Territory nomination
  •          Partner Skill Assessment
  •          Sibling or parent already in Canada
  •          French Language test

All these points are calculated out of 1200 and if you follow the above steps then you can easily score above 400 CRS score for better Canada Immigration chances.
