In order to identify applicants who might fit the requirements of one of Saskatchewan's Express Entry immigration streams, the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) frequently searches the IRCC's Express Entry pool. To individually welcome people to live and work in Saskatchewan, the SINP selects candidates from the Express Entry Pool.

Study up on the SINP application and process.

By use of the SINP, Saskatchewan:

invites non-Canadians who wish to live in Saskatchewan to apply for residency, and It recommends qualified candidates to the federal government in order for them to get permanent residency in Canada.

For those who have training and job experience in an in-demand occupation, there are two programs: Occupations In-Demand (OID) and Express Entry (EE). Jobs that qualify must fall under one of the levels of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix:

  • NOC A: jobs that usually require a university education.
  • NOC B: jobs that usually require college education or apprenticeship training.
  • NOC O: management.
