Manitoba issued 315 letters of interest for the 145th Draw - Aptech Visa

The Manitoba government gave 315 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to MPNP candidates in the new 145th Manitoba PNP draws, which were held on May 5th, 2022. 48 LLAs are available to anyone who has both an Express Entry ID and a valid job seeker validation code. Qualified employees, international students, and skilled workers from other countries can apply for one of Manitoba's three immigration programs.

249 LAAs were awarded through the MPNP's Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. Candidates having a skilled worker scale score of 651 were asked to apply. You can apply for Skilled Worker in Manitoba assuming you fill in as a skilled specialist in Manitoba and have past experience working in the region. Candidates must meet certain criteria to be eligible for the new 145th draw.

There is no minimum cut-off score for the International Education Stream, which requires 32 letters of recommendation.

The MPNP applicant who had the lowest score of 691 conducted a thorough search in other nations for 34 talented specialists. This option is for international and foreign workers who have substantial work experience and strong ties to Manitoba, such as a family member who resides here or past work experience.

The following information is presented in a tabular format to emphasize the intricacies of the Manitoba PNP draw.

The Manitoba PNP is one of Canada's few area-based programs, and it is entirely funded by public funds. Expressions of Interest from Skilled Workers Overseas could only be submitted by applicants who were specifically registered by the Manitoba PNP in a Strategic Recruitment drive and had valid IRCC Express Entry profiles. They'll also get 600 points, increasing their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for an extraordinarily extended stay in Canada and eventually permanent residency. Although some persons may have achieved a higher score than the lowest-ranked candidate, they claim to have never received an application letter.

This could be due to the fact that you indicated that you would take an accepted language competency exam to certify your English/French language skills, but you either did not give or omitted a legitimate Test. According to MPNP, as part of the Strategic Initiative, you must submit an expression of interest (EOI). This year, you have the option to apply for Manitoba's Permanent Residence Program and become a Canadian permanent resident.
