BC PNP latest draw invites around 192 applicants on 17th January 2023.

On January 17, 2023, British Columbia sent out approximately 192 invitations to applicants in a general draw that included tech occupations and a targeted draw.

Candidates for the categories of International Graduates and Skilled Workers received invites, as well as Express Entry applicants.


Out of 192 applicants, 154 were selected in the General and Technical Draw with scores ranging from 105 for Skilled Workers (Including EEBC Option) and International Graduates (including EEBC). While only 82 points were required for entry-level and semi-skilled workers.





Candidates in the following professions were also invited to rounds of interviews by the province.15 healthcare workers from the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, including Express Entry category, with scores of at least 60 points;

Early childhood educators and aides (NOC 42202) with at least 60 points;

Jobs with scores of at least 60 points in other in-demand professions.

How to apply for BC PNP through Express Entry?

  • Eligibility requirements full-time job offer must have been accepted,
  • A federal Express Entry profile must be active, and
  • A Job Seeker Validation Code must be obtained from the system (except for the International Post-Graduate Category) you must:
  • Have a wage offer that is in line with B.C. wage rates;
  • Be able to support yourself and your family;
  • Speak at least one language fluently;
  • Meet any additional requirements that are specific to your category;
  • And your employer must also be eligible (except for the International Post-Graduate Category).

How to apply for BC PNP as a Skilled Worker?


Eligibility Requirements:

The following requirements must be met: Must have accepted a full-time work offer for a TEER 4 or 5 position (except the international post-graduate category);

Must have a salary offer that is in conformity with the province wage rates (apart from the international post-graduate category);

You must demonstrate your ability to provide for your family and yourself (with the exception of the International Post-Graduate Category);

For the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker Category, you must:

Meet any additional requirements unique to your category;

Meet the minimum language requirements (for TEER 2, 3, 4, or 5 ((CLB) level 4 in all competencies));

Your employer must also meet the eligibility requirements (except for the International Post-Graduate Category).
